Kenyan Waxed Shirt

This shirt is made from a beautiful cotton fabric with block printed overlapping designs and waxed hems. My parents lived in Togo in the early 80’s and purchased this fabric while visiting Kenya. It has been in storage for the last 40 years so is in wonderful condition.

The shirt fits like an L and has a roomy, boxy fit with a camp collar and wooden buttons.

Chest (pit to pit): 61cm
Front (Shoulder to Hem): 74cm
Sleeve: 29cm

Note: All items are made from second-hand and pre-loved fabrics and textiles. Some are 50+ years old, so may contain imperfections and irregularities. This is completely normal for vintage textiles of this age, and I have made sure they do not affect the structural integrity of the piece.
